Our Food & Beverage department is of dynamic and vibrant team encompassing various sections of restaurant and bar, kitchen and banqueting. Together they cater for members and their guest’s food and beverage needs.
From tantalizing salads, lip-smacking dishes to deliciously refreshing cocktails, the food and beverage department works around the clock to ensure our members and guests receive world class service, accolade winning gastronomy and memorable experiences at all our bars, restaurants and lounges.
Positions within this department include waiters, cooks, barmen, banqueting staff and baristas. Management and supervisory positions in the department is led by the food and beverage manager with the assistant, head chef and the sous together with sectional supervisors.
This is a crew that is efficiently positioned to meet members and their guests needs. A unit made of self-motivated professionals with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and with a keen eye for detail. Not to forget the hospitality prerequisite of individuals with pleasant personality.
