1. Application
for Absent Membership
Members who have left the country for a period between
three months and two years may apply for an Absentee
Membership for which they will not be liable to pay
any subscription during the applied absence. Members
who wish to be away from the country and absent themselves
from the Club can apply direct to the General Manager,
Parklands Sports Club stating the period and reason
of their Absence, and surrendering their Membership
Cards for that period they will be away.
2. Reinstatement
of Members
Any person who has ceased to be a member of the Club
may apply in writing to the House, Parklands Sports
Club for re-admission to the class of membership of
which he/she was previously a member. The Main Committee
may accept such application and a member so readmitted
shall pay the total current outstanding and penalty
if any.
3. Replacements
of Membership Cards
At an instance whereby a member loses his/her membership
card he/she needs to report the matter to the General
Manager’s Office. The member is then requested
to present another coloured passport size photograph
that will be used to process new card. This shall
take a period of fourteen days.
4. Change of Members Address
Members requesting to change their details can do
so by filling in a Members Database form obtained
at Accounts Department or the member can fill the
form and submit to Accounts department or email to
info@parklandsportsClub.org
5. Signing of Bills by Members
Parklands Sports Club is a Cash Club, and any member
who wishes to sign bills must deposit some amount
in his/her Account. The value of the bills should
not exceed the total balance of the amount deposited
at any given time.
We wish to remind members’ children and Junior
Members are not supposed to sign bills for the services
rendered.

members are strictly not allowed to sign bills for any
services in the club
